Invoice addresses and any other contact information are stored in separate files on my computer in order to create invoices for the clients I work with.

I am the sole user of these TMs and do not use them for any other purpose than to carry out translation, editing or proofreading for the said client. If TMs are created by myself, only text regarding the subject matter is stored. The TM itself remains completely neutral and anonymous, e.g. no individual names, business names, addresses or any other confidential information is included.
All project folders are stored on my computer and are regularly backed up onto my external hard drive, purely as an extra copy. This hard drive is not connected to the internet.
